Yetti + the Kokonut Space S Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon 2022

A Blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. 100% Eden Valley fruit. We vinified it in few different ways, with varying levels of skin contact to achieve more complexity and freshness in the wine. Elevage in Hogsheads and blended several more the prior to bottling.
