Worlds Apart Wines Dream Baby Dream Touriga 2025

After picking for our rosé, we kept a little parcel of Touriga on the vine for an extra week to make this, a special project red from this character filled variety. Two neutral 500L barrels filled. This is a lighter bodied style of touriga at only 11.9% alc, but with dark inky black fruits and a super savoury rustic edge. Great winter drinking, or even try it slightly chilled when things warm up.
