It starts with the straw green hue. A preview of the freshness to come.

Green apple skin flavour and acidity braces.
Then a tightly wound mineral palate layered with freshly squeezed lime juice, Meyer lemon, and a whisper of white flowers and honeycomb.

A dead ringer for our 2022.  Electric.

The potential longevity of Riesling is apparent here, but equally, the balance allows for a rewarding young wine.
