Valentine Wines is a product of the fine mind and energy or Yarra Valley winemaker Dom Valentine.

To say Dom's career has been illustriuos would be a vast understatement - following
stints under arguably the regions very best - Oakridge & Giant Steps... Dom fled to the spiritual home of Riesling to better understand it's true potential - the Rheingau. 

Under some of the region’s hallmark producers, Josef Lietz and Geog Breuer, Dom enjoyed his eureka moment - an insight into varied ferments to produce layers in to his wines. 

Upon his return, Valentine Wines was born. Extended lees & skin contact, old oak and minimal intervention
