Fruit spends six months on skins, delivering a deep amber-orange wine with serious grip and savoury depth. Dried citrus and apple lead the charge, with hazy apple-juice notes, subtle hazelnut and an umami, mushroomy edge. A bristling core of pulpy grapefruit acidity keeps it lively.
