Bright and lively in the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc shows a pale, almost water-like colour with a faint green hue. Aromas jump out straight away, passionfruit, gooseberry and fresh-cut herbs, backed by hints of lime, green apple and a touch of grassy asparagus.

The palate is crisp and energetic, driven by zesty citrus and tropical fruit, with crunchy acidity keeping everything tight and refreshing. Subtle herbal notes carry through the back half, adding a savoury edge before finishing clean, dry and mouth-watering.
