A vibrant and fresh expression of Cabernet with a profile of tobacco leaf, touch of jalapeno and blackberries. A small percentage of Cabernet Franc and Malbec to round the wine out and ad extra layers. With the addition of a little new oak which adds cedary notes. For the Barossa, this cabernet focuses on freshness and old school style back from the late eighties. An homage to the classic clarets.
