The Settlement Heritage Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is an expressive and organic Marlborough white that perfectly balances vibrancy with texture. Aromas of lime zest, green apple and passionfruit leap from the glass, layered with hints of lemongrass, garden herbs and a touch of cream. On the palate, it’s crisp and lively, bursting with citrus and tropical fruit flavours supported by a subtle herbal edge. Made from organically grown grapes in the Wairau Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc combines stainless steel fermentation for purity with a portion aged in old French oak for added complexity and softness.
