Sentio Pinot Noir 'Mount Gambier' 2023

The emerging Mount Gambier region has clearly caught the eye of Beechworth winemaker Chris Catlow. It's easy to see why with a pinot noir that is immediately upfront and vibrant. Cherry, wild raspberry, plum, pepper and cassia bark meld with attractive violet aromatics and undergrowth. A bright, sinewy, flavoursome wine that just dips a little on the finish.
