Seaview Ridge Bull Swamp Syrah 2024

70% whole bunch, 30% destemmed Syrah from 35 year old dry grown organically farmed vines on a south-facing, very cold block with rich red volcanic soils at the Bull Swamp vineyard in Baw Baw Shire, West Gippsland, Victoria. The soils, aspect and growing conditions give fruit intensity, very fine tannins and ethereal lightness. White pepper, olive, blue fruits and smoky iron.
