From the steep high terraces of Kremstal (Austria), this Grüner Veltliner is vinified for purity and minerality.

On the nose: citrus (lemon, lime), green apple, gentle peach, and subtle herbal notes.

The palate is dry, crisp, driven by slate-like minerality, with an earthy, lingering finish.

Hand-harvested from loess-conglomerate soils, processed with natural yeasts under integrated-production principles (no chemical fungicides or fertilizers).
