Bloody Caesar is a unique beer with a complex savoury and refreshing flavour profile with hints of bright tomato and a brininess from the Wapengo Rocks Wild Organic Oysters.

On the palate, the beer has a light and refreshing body, with complex michelada notes bursting with umami. Slightly salty, and slightly acidic, with a lingering tartness from the lacto-fermented Goshen Country Roma Tomatoes.
