The 2023 Season provided some ideal conditions, creating great fruit concentration. Our Preservative Free shiraz exhibits bright, bold fruit flavours balanced by soft tannin structure. This Shiraz is made from cowra fruit which is Organically certified. No winemaking additives, minimal intervention and Vegan friendly - only grapes were harmed during the process
