Cabernet from our Mt Panorama Estate Vineyard and Merlot from the Patina Vineyard in Orange. This Cabernet shows glorious mid weighted, fresh fruit, black olive and liquorice spice. It’s soft but exhibits an assertive tannin that can stand up to red meats and the test of time!
