Pride Of Lunatics Ignimbrite Rosato 2025

100% Syrah from the East section of the block. Handpicked at moderate ripeness. Whole bunches direct pressed in basket. Slow pressing, after decent “foot maceration” aiming for a more textural style. Wild ferment in barrel, racked and topped after a couple of months.  Six months in total and bottled straight from barrel with zero additions. 

2025 growing season - Warm and dry growing conditions, spring frost, very low yields, and concentrated berries at harvest.  Fulfilled our dream of growing wine grapes with zero inputs. No irrigation, no sprays. Just sheep, cover crops, a little rainfall and a decent amount of labour. - Pride Of Lunatics
