Lightly macerated Sauv Blanc and a standout parcel selected for its racy acidity and uplifting energy, sent to bottle with a lick of Shiraz rosé. A peachy presence in the glass, bubbles doing an austere little dance, pine/lime around the edges. Not a sweet wine, just a sweet time.

Single vineyard, Forreston, black cracking clay soils.
