A vibrant cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc showing lifted aromas of citrus, gooseberry, passionfruit and melon, layered with honeysuckle, blackcurrant leaf and fresh herbaceous notes. The palate is bright and zesty, with tropical fruit intensity balanced by crisp, delicate acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Fruit is cold harvested at night to preserve aromatics, then gently pressed with protective handling to avoid oxidation. The juice is clarified and fermented slowly at very cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain bright tropical and herbaceous character. Bottled early under screw cap, the wine captures freshness, purity and vibrant varietal expression.
