Lemon, honeysuckle and Flint on the nose with well balanced white peach and lemon curd on the palate. The high elevation from the site offers up a refreshing acidity that’s balanced by barrel complexity and richness from the lees integration.

Whole bunch Chardonnay was direct pressed and cold settled overnight before racking off rough lees to 3 year old French barriques for primary fermentation. Gentle stirring on lees took place once a month for 11 months during elevage. The wine was then racked and bottled in February of 2023.

Very Limited - Only 512 bottles produced.
