The Feeling of Gratitude barley shochu si distilled with locally sourced Nijo barley from Okayama Prefecture. Long-term aged in refill sherry casks, the flavour fo the barley is at the forefront of this expression, with a rich, robust yet mellow flavour that is refreshing and easy to drink.

Nose: Raisins, currants, green apples, pepper, Christmas cake, blueberry muffins, black plums,
Palate: Creamed sherry, raspberries, oranges. Macadamias, cashews, almonds, pepper, vanilla iced latte.
Finish: Maraschino cherries, cashews, toffee apples, oak, peanut butter. Fruity sake, Granny Smith apples and red grapes to finish.
