100% Albarino from the Bassham Family Organic and Biodynamic vineyard.
Robust & Energetic, with yellow peach, juicy pear and pink grapefruit zest rounded
by fragrant vanilla, toasty oak and nougat. A long finish, with a viscous mouthfeel is
balanced by zippy acidity.

Destemmed fruit was basket pressed and split between a 500L seasoned puncheon
barrel and tank for 8 months of maturation on lees, before being married into tank.
Bottled, sealed, and labelled on site.
