Bright and perfumed, showing wild strawberry, raspberry and subtle cherry fruit layered with white pepper, spice and a hint of woodsmoke. 10% whole bunch, 15% new oak, and aged in oak for 6 months. Medium-bodied, really supple, and has a lovely silken feel. You can drink it now but it’s got enough stuffing to get even better over the next year or two. A well-made entry-level Pinot that delivers serious value for money.
