Established by two friends in the 80s, Corte D'aibo is positioned in the 
rolling hills between Modena and Bologna, 
an area often referred to as 'the pantry' of Bolognese cuisine. 
The 35 hectare property is entirely organic with a focus on 
regenerative farming, native varietals and sustainable agriculture.

Clear red ruby colour with a persistent bouquet. 

Hints of red fruits, spices and a faint, pleasant smokiness. 

Dry, soft, medium to full body with gentle tannins and a prevailing earthieness. 

Barbera, Merlot and Cabernet blend, matured in concrete amphora for up to 180 days.
