Tumblong hills fruit (60%), Mallaluka fruit (40%). Whole berry natural fermentation. Basket pressed into seasoned french oak barriques (225l) and seasoned french oak puncheons (500L), 18 months maturation.

12.5% alc/vol, approx 7.4 std drinks.

No fining or filtration.
