Vineyards: Young, NSW & Gundaroo, Canberra District.

Soil types: Granite, Clay Loam, Shale.

Processing: Moderate pressings included for added texture and tannin extract. 15% retained for carbonic maceration fermentation.

Fermentation: Steel (45%), old French oak (40%), and carbonic maceration (15%).
