Grown in Frankland River. 100% clone GM21, known in Germany to produce stunning, varietal, fresh Pinot Gris. 14-16 hours of skin contact in open fermenters before being pressed to stainless steel tank for ferment.

Nashi pear, apple skin, pot puriri, yellow stone fruit, textural with acidity and spice.

Delicious with asian spiced meals or a cheese board.
