Little Brunswick Wine Co. Lock, stock and teardrops Chardonnay 2022

Style:
Chardonnay from a coastal Geelong site that shows it's location from the pull of the cork. Sea spray, green apple, creme fraiche, linear and persistent. 

Winemaking:
Whole bunch pressed direct to stainless steel where it was fermented at low temperature until in the final days of primary fermentation when it was transferred to neutral French oak. Full malolactic fermentation and lees contact for complexity and length.
