Meskhishvili Family Winery - Lisi Wine - Rkatsiteli 2021

Wine handcrafted in Georgia using the ancient Georgian Qvevri method. Rkatsiteli grape variety aged on skins for 6 months in a clay vessel buried underground. Wine is unfiltered and may contain natural sediment. Serve at a temperature 16-20 degrees. 

Nose: Pear, peach, fresh herbs, green almond, slight oxidative notes like Jura or Fino Sherry.

Palate: medium body with high acidity, medium length, offers beautiful freshness and smooth texture. 

Oxidative aromas and flavors add complexity to the wine.
