Domaine Le Roc La Folle Noire d'Ambat 2021

Négrette - hailing from the South West of France.

TASTING
With its burlat and brilliant color, this cuvée has a nose of black cherries and delicate flowers. Aromatic intensity, accompanied by very velvety tannins.
This vintage calls for nibbling, sausages and remarkably supports conversation.

TERROIR
The plots are planted with a density of 5000 vines/Ha, on a particular terroir of Fronton: boulbènes of the "rougets" type on the surface, and clays rich in iron oxide in depth.
The yield is 50 hl/ha.

WINEMAKING
The vat is placed by simple gravity and without crushing.
Négrette is vinified in the traditional way for approximately 2 weeks. Vinification takes place in small open tanks, which allows better control of temperatures (25 to 28°).
Aging lasts from 8 months to 10 months in 20 hl casks.
