La Violetta 'Nova Syrova' 2022

Delicious early-drinking red from AJ Hoadley. Pinot, Shiraz, Grenache with a splash of Vermentino, and a lot of whole bunch. Delish!

Wrapped in a moody smokiness, she treads on an earthy herbaceousness, plucking ripe cherries straight from the tree. This vibrant creation weaves together Syrah, Grenache, Pinot Noir, Mataro, and a touch of Meunier, all fermented in old barriques. Whole-bunch Pinot Noir lingers on the skins to kickstart a wild carbonic ferment. Enjoy it chilled or as it is.
