The unassuming grape variety behind France's famous Beaujolais - Gamay Noir is sometimes referred to as the "poor man's pinot". Light, bright and spicy, it delivers a lot of the sensations that Pinot is celebrated for, and often much better value too!

These small batch, experimental wines are produced with minimal wine making intervention and put into bottle without filtering or fining to allow the raw essence of our experimentation to shine through.
