Strawberry Yuzushu (you-zoo-shoe) combines sake, fresh yuzu juice and strawberries from Fukouka to create a decadent strawberry citrus drink. Serve chilled for a moreish aperitif, add to your favourite strawberry cocktail, or spritz it up with prosecco.
