Mokachu (mo-kuh-chew) uses dark roast Arabica beans and artisanal cocoa steeped in rice shochu (show-chew). Serve chilled, up or over ice, naked or layered with fresh whipped cream. Pour over vanilla ice-cream for an arigatou affogato!
Nose: Intense bitter dark chocolate combined with the bold aromatic complexity of dark-roasted East African coffee beans.
Palate: Rich cocoa, burnt caramel, vanilla bean, roasted hazelnut followed by a mellow rice shochu warmth that spreads.
Finish: Delicate, clean, with a soft cocoa-coffee fade.
