Since its establishment in Kame City, Niigata Prefecture in 1893, Kamonishiki Brewery has established itself as a popular tourist destination and a representative of the area.

They specialise In small batch production, staying true to sake in its most purist form. They also handcraft all of their packaging creating delicious products that look great on a shelf.

Though small and limited in it's output, the brewery has become renowned for it's uncompromising approach to high-quality sake.
