Hopeless Thoughtful Wine Sink or Swim 2024

Organic Grenache grown in Canowindra. Picked early, foot-stomped, then pressed straight to amphora. She was left on gross lees for a lengthy two years and topped up with a bit of Chardonnay throughout. Bottled straight from the pot, zero sulphur. Salty apricots, underripe peaches and dulce de leches.
