Hopeless Thoughtful Wine 'FORGOT MY GOGGLES' 2023

Organic skin contact Chardonnay grown in Borenore, NSW.

The Vineyard sits at a groovy 870m in elevation and is certified Biodynamic and Organic.

Grapes were hand destemmed into the amphora and left for 2 months. The vino was then basket pressed to neutral French oak where it rested for 10 months before it was bottled straight out of barrel without the addition of sulphur.

This wine is little wild and a lot silly, chewy and textural with a nice grungy acid line.
