Hey Diddle wines are handcrafted with minimal intervention to capture a pure expression of vineyard, vintage and variety. From vineyard to bottle, only gentle techniques are employed, including hand harvesting, whole-berry destemming, temperature-controlled open-vat fermentation and gentle basket pressing, with no fining or filtration prior to bottling.

Deep crimson with vibrant purple hues, the wine opens with fragrant aromas of flowering herbs, thyme, bay leaf and violets. The palate is driven by plush blueberry and mulberry, layered with enticing spice and fine, structured tannins. A pure core of dark fruit provides impressive drive, balance and length.
