Bursting with sour cherry, wild raspberry and redcurrant, it’s layered with white pepper spice, grapefruit zest and a subtle volcanic mineral edge. Light-bodied and energetic, with  fresh acidity. Fermented and matured in stainless steel to preserve  vibrancy. Best served slightly chilled alongside charcuterie, roast chicken or grilled vegetables. Drink this one young!
