A serious, intellectual expression of Chablis, showing crushed limestone, yellow flowers and subtle herbal notes. The palate is straight and focused, with real weight, tension and a smooth, lightly honeyed texture. Long, harmonious and built for time in bottle.

Wild fermented, extended lees ageing, minimal new oak.
