Gentle Folk Village Chardonnay 2025

This was a great year in the Adelaide Hills and it certainly shows in this bottle. A blend of all the Chardonnay sites farmed by Gareth and Rainbo. 100% whole cluster pressed and settled in tank overnight. Racked to a mixture of French and Austrian barriques, puncheons and foudre for nine months, 10% new.
