Using waste orange peels from our local mates at Roastville Coffee Merchants, we add lemon, mandarin, finger lime and cassia, offering a generous almost satiny soft citrus liqueur. It's a conscious, delicious alternative to Cointreau or triple sec–a drink that's as good for the environment as it is for cocktails, reflecting Sydney's innovative, sustainability-driven food scene.

We suggest you use this in a classic Margarita, or on the rocks with a wedge of orange.
