EKIN Pinot Noir Sparkling 2023

Pale salmon in colour with fine, lively bubbles, this Langhorne Creek sparkling Pinot Noir is fresh, dry and seriously easy to drink. White strawberry, red apple and grapefruit rind lead into flavours of rhubarb, Turkish Delight and citrus, wrapped around bright sherbet-like acidity and a long saline finish. Made from 27-year-old MV6 Pinot Noir vines grown on sandy alluvial soils, the wine is gently pressed for colour, cool fermented, and bottled with minimal finings.

Vegan friendly and perfect with oysters, sashimi or lobster.
