Made with organic and biodynamic fruit grown in Barmera, this is a fresh, dry take on skin contact white.

Fiano brings brightness and fruit, while Arinto and Malvasia spend time on skins, adding texture, aromatics and a little more grip.

Think ripe peach and nectarine, florals and fresh herbs, with pineapple and lychee coming through on the finish. Saline, refreshing and nicely balanced with plenty of acidity.

A great introduction to orange wine without going too wild.
