Bitter and dark whilst bright and juicy – light red taken to another level. Cherry-focused fruitiness gives way to spice and tannin – some serious stuff. Talking red plum, herbaceous, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon spice, with medium tannin to bring structure and mouth feel. Drink with roast duck with a crispy Chinese Five Spice skin, or chill it down and find a long straw.
