D.O.C Wines Amphora Aged Semillon 2025

Cold soaked on skins for 12 hours before gently pressing, cold settling, and transferring to a traditional clay amphora for a wild ferment. Matured in amphora for 6 months on fine lees and a further 3 months in a neutral tank.
