Winemaking Notes: Field Blend. De-stemmed and cold soak for 15 hours. Moderate pressings included for added texture and tannin extract. Fermentation in stainless steel at cool temperatures.

Blend: Pinot Gris 35%, Gewürztraminer 34%, Riesling 31%

Alc: 12.5%
