Das Juice White 2022

Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon

This is pure, unadulterated juice in a bottle. Sourced from the Adelaide Hills, the blend is driven by Brackenwood Riesling (45%) and Sauvignon Blanc from Brackenwood and Magpie Springs (40%), with a splash of Semillon added for extra lift. The varieties were co-fermented in tank, then left on solids for six months before being racked twice for clarity and balance. The result is a bright, citrus-charged white with notes of orange blossom and lime confection, bursting with freshness and energy.
