Clase Azul controls every step from agave field to bottle, slow cooking Tequilana Weber Blue Agave in traditional stone ovens, fermenting with proprietary yeast and ageing in hand selected ex bourbon oak. The range reveals the many expressions of agave, from the mineral lift of Plata to the velvety depth of Reposado and the layered richness of Añejo. Clase Azul Reposado in particular roasts for at least 72 hours and rests eight months in oak, resulting in a smooth and elegant sip that continues to impress.
