Grapes from Turnball Family Vineyard, Charleston, Adelaide Hills. 30 % whole bunch on top of 70 % destemmed covered for 1 week then, foot stomped and macerated for 5 days. Pressed to a mix of old and new French oak. 10 ppm So2 added at bottling.
