C.J. Wicks Estate Shiraz 2022

If we had to describe this Shiraz in one word, we’d go with moreish. It’s lush, beautifully textured and will complement any winter fare. It offers dark cherry and black fruit on the palate with cool climate spice and elegance gently integrating the grippy silk tannins. The careful selection of French Oak, it’s dry finish and hills brightness, make this wine a stand out. 

This wine will pair well across the board, from summer BBQs to rich winter pies (so long as the pastry is well crisped).
