Enter Pinot Gris… Easy drinking and adaptable, this wine hits you with pineapple jube up front, followed by an intriguing blend of fruit flavours ranging from green pear to citrus. It retains a clean, dry finish and would be our top pick for a brunch wine (which also extends to 11am yum cha sittings)!
